Lymph + Life wasn't born from a business plan.

It grew from a realization.

After more than three decades of working clinically with people through swelling, injury, surgery, pain, and recovery, I began noticing the same pattern over and over again.

People weren't lacking motivation.

They were lacking understanding.

No one had ever explained what the lymphatic system does, why congestion develops, or how simple, everyday habits can influence how they feel and what they will experience. Most people wanted to participate in their own health—they just didn't know where to begin.

That realization changed the way I practiced.

While I love hands-on care, I discovered that my greatest passion wasn't simply treating people.

It was teaching them — empowering them to attend to their own health.care.

I wanted people to leave with more than temporary relief. I wanted them to understand their bodies, feel confident caring for themselves, and know why they were doing what they were doing.

That's why I created Lymph + Life.

It's a place where medicine and science becomes understandable, self-care becomes practical, and healing becomes something you actively participate in — not something that is provided to/for you.

My approach is grounded in decades of clinical experience and guided by a simple belief:
